Opening Christmas cards, I was reminded of this robin which was commissioned as a present for a garden bird lover. I haven't actually spotted any robins in my garden recently.
This textile picture incorporates dying and printing my own fabric, applique, free machine embroidery & my pieces from my extensive collection of fabrics. It was only the second bird I have attempted and I really enjoyed planning and creating it.
